3-phase voltage monitoring relays

In HVAC systems, the compressor is the core component — whether centrifugal, scroll, or screw — and is typically driven by an asynchronous motor.
Failures due to incorrect phase sequence, phase loss, or poor mains quality are common, often leading to reverse rotation, overheating, and ultimately, extended and costly downtime.
To prevent these issues, installing a monitoring relay that checks phase sequence, phase loss, and mains quality is a proven best practice.
Our DPA51 and DPB51 monitoring relays are widely used in compressor-based applications, thanks to their compact size, self-powered operation and wide operating voltage range. These features make them ideal for reliable and space-efficient protection in HVAC environments.

DIN-rail mount energy meters

The EM210 is a quick-fit solution ideal for monitoring servers and standard electrical loads, while the EM24, with DIN-rail mounting and wireless M-Bus communication, is well-suited for utility metering applications.
The EM24 with direct AC connection is primarily used for sub-metering and is also available with an embedded Ethernet port, enabling easier and faster integration into fully DIN-rail-based PDUs.

Solid core current transformer

The solid-core current transformers are available in a range of compact sizes and are designed to handle high primary currents. They provide current outputs compatible with energy meters and other monitoring devices.

3-phase compressor soft starters

In commercial rooftop units (RTUs) and chillers, various types of compressors are used, including scroll, piston, screw, and centrifugal models.
Our range of soft starters is suitable for all types of induction motor-driven compressors.
The RSBD and RSBT soft starters are specifically designed for scroll compressors. They require no user configuration, as they feature a self-learning control algorithm that optimizes inrush current reduction at each startup.
For piston and screw compressors, the RSGD and RSGT soft starters provide greater flexibility, allowing user-adjustable settings to meet specific application needs.

Earth leakage current devices

The DEA and DEB earth leakage relays are designed to monitor electrical circuits and loads to protect people against the risk of electrocution (30 mA) and to prevent fire hazards (300 mA) caused by earth insulation faults.

To ensure proper operation and compliance with applicable standards, our CTG series of existing core current transformers can be used as external residual current sensors.
